A WORD FROM OUR DIRECTOR
Hello!
My name is Kelsey Cole, and I am honored to be in the role of Center Director here at Little Scholars – North.
I have worked in the childcare field for 13 years, serving children from infancy through school age. In addition to my early childhood experience, I have also worked within the Bismarck school system, which has allowed me to support children and families in a variety of educational settings. I earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in January of 2018, and I remain passionate about early childhood education, child development, and building strong, supportive learning environments.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom to my two boys, Carson and Sterling, who keep me busy and bring so much joy to my life. Family is very important to me, and we spend a great deal of quality time together with my parents and brother. This strong family foundation is one of the reasons I value creating a warm, welcoming, and family-centered environment here at Little Scholars.
I fully support the mission and vision of Little Scholars, and I am truly excited to continue building strong relationships with our staff, families, and—most importantly—your children. My door is always open for questions, concerns, feedback, or even just to stop by and say hello.
I want every child in our care to feel seen, safe, supported, and loved each and every day. I am grateful for the trust you place in us and look forward to working together as one strong Little Scholars community. I am excited for what the future holds and cannot wait to get to know each of you better.

A MESSAGE FROM OUR ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
Hello!
I started working in childcare during high school, and even though I later moved into healthcare as a clinical technician, I quickly realized my heart has always been with children. I truly missed the joy and fulfillment that comes from working in early childhood education. 💛
I’m also a proud mama to my 7-month-old son, Stetson 🍼💙. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family — they are my everything.
In my role at the center, I’m passionate about bringing structure and consistency to our classrooms. I work closely with our teachers to support the Learning Beyond Paper curriculum and ensure each age group is being taught developmentally appropriate material — including STEM, literacy, physical development, movement, and music. 📚🎨🔬
My goal is to help create a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment — not just for our students, but also for our parents. I want every family to feel confident and reassured knowing their children are cared for, supported, and safe each day.
I’m so grateful to be part of this team and community. 💙
