My name is Kelsey Cole, and I am honored to be in the role of Center Director here at Little Scholars – North.​

 

I have worked in the childcare field for 13 years, serving children from infancy through school age. In addition to my early childhood experience, I have also worked within the Bismarck school system, which has allowed me to support children and families in a variety of educational settings. I earned my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in January of 2018, and I remain passionate about early childhood education, child development, and building strong, supportive learning environments.

Outside of work, I am a proud mom to my two boys, Carson and Sterling, who keep me busy and bring so much joy to my life. Family is very important to me, and we spend a great deal of quality time together with my parents and brother. This strong family foundation is one of the reasons I value creating a warm, welcoming, and family-centered environment here at Little Scholars.​

 

I fully support the mission and vision of Little Scholars, and I am truly excited to continue building strong relationships with our staff, families, and—most importantly—your children. My door is always open for questions, concerns, feedback, or even just to stop by and say hello.​

 

I want every child in our care to feel seen, safe, supported, and loved each and every day. I am grateful for the trust you place in us and look forward to working together as one strong Little Scholars community. I am excited for what the future holds and cannot wait to get to know each of you better.
